Jeffrey M. Tomko, CPA (Inactive) is the Senior Managing Partner and President of Searchline Services, Inc. Jeff founded Searchline Services in 1991. Searchline Services incorporated in 1995 with Jeff as the President. He expanded the firm into a worldwide presence via telecommunications, associations and the Internet. Prior to starting Searchline Services, Inc., Jeff was an Executive Recruiter and Partner with Source Services, Inc. Earlier, he worked as an Information Systems Consultant for Cleveland Business Systems, Inc. He installed multi-user computer systems for a variety of clients in manufacturing, construction, wholesale, retail, medical, banking and nonprofit. He began his business career as a Cost Accountant with Inland Enterprises and became Corporate Controller. He is a current member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), was the Chairperson for the Cleveland Membership Committee of the OSCPA and a State Board Member of the OSCPA. Jeff attended Cleveland State University on an athletic scholarship. He graduated in 1978 from Cleveland State University holding a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

William E. Puckett, MBA, CPA (Inactive)

William E. Puckett, MBA, CPA (Inactive) is a Managing Partner with Searchline Services, Inc. Bill joined Searchline Services, Inc. in 1995. He holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University. In 1984, Bill started his career in recruiting and progressed to Managing Director of Source Services, a national recruiting firm which concentrates in accounting, finance, information services and engineering professionals. Earlier, he gained business experience as Director of Internal Audit with Cook United, Inc., a large public, retail and wholesale company. He began his business career with KPMG Peat Marwick rising to the level of Senior Manager. Before his career in business, Bill spent four years in the United States Air Force as an Air Police Nuclear Weapons Security Control Technician including a two year tour in Asia. Bill is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

David Gilinsky, CPA is a Managing Partner with Searchline Services, Inc. Dave joined Searchline Services, Inc. in February 2004. Prior to Searchline, Dave was President of Target Search, Inc. His concentration was in the areas of Accounting and Finance. He was a partner with a national recruiting firm whose disciplines included Accounting, Finance and Information Technology for permanent and interim professionals. Prior to that he progressed through supervisory and management positions in internal audit, accounting and finance with a Fortune 500, manufacturing company. Dave began his career in Audit with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand) with clients in Banking, Manufacturing and Service industries.
